We want you to be happy with all your purchases from What Gravity? So please contact us if you are unsatisfied in any way with your order and we will work with you to fix the situation asap. Please contact What Gravity? within 7 days of receipt of items to discuss exchanges or refunds. “Off The Rack” items can be returned up to 14 days from receipt of item provided items are unworn and tags are still attached. There is no return on custom items, but please contact us if there are any issues with your costume. Returns are subject to refund of the purchase price of the garment, but shipping costs will not be refunded.
Before we commence working on a custom costume a 50% deposit is required. A quote and design sketch will be sent for client approval prior to the deposit being due. The balance is due upon completion. A final invoice including postage costs will be issued prior to posting the costume. The item will not be sent until this is paid. Pick up can be arranged. If there are any issues with the costume please contact us asap so we can resolve it.
